Home Brew Competition

The Rome Beer Festival is hosting the 3rd Annual Home Brew Competition!

Entry Guidelines & Rules:

Registration packets must include the following:
1. Completed Registration Form: Home Brew Registration Form 2016
2. Two 12oz bottles of the brew
3. Entry fee: $15 donation to Rome Area Council for the Arts (checks or cash accepted)
*Please package all items in one bag.
*Applicants can submit up to 3 different brews. Each brew requires a separate registration packet.*
*Please note bottles and registration materials will not be returned to applicants.*

Timeframe & Drop Off:
Thursday, September 15th: 4pm to 7pm
Friday, September 16th: 4pm to 7pm
Saturday, September 17th: 11am to 1pm

Entries will be divided into 3 categories: IPAs, Ambers, and Stouts/Porters.
A winner from each category will be determined and awarded a $100 RACA grant to assist with production costs for future brews.

Winners will be determined the week prior to this year’s festival and will be announced at the 9th Annual Rome Beer Festival on Saturday, September 24, 2016.

*Competition officials reserve the right to combine categories based on number of entries.*
