Poetry Contest Announced
Be a part of the ancient tradition of beer and poetry, poetry and beer.
Submit your original poem to enter the Rome Beer Festival Poetry Contest.
Submission Guidelines:
- One entry per person.
- The poem must either be about beer or must contain a beer reference or image.
- There are no restrictions as to length or form, but we ask that the poem be previously unpublished.
- The deadline for entries is Wednesday, September 14, at midnight.
- Send your entries to info@romebeerfest.com.
- The winner will be notified via e-mail by Thursday, September 15 at 6pm.
What could you win?
The winning poet will receive a ticket to this year’s festival. She or he will also be asked to read the winning verse at the event.
All poems submitted will be considered for posting on our website.
