The Rome Beer Festival is hosting the 3rd Annual Mellow Mushroom Home Brew Competition!

Entry Guidelines & Rules:
Registration packets must include the following:
1. Completed Registration Form: Home Brew Registration Form 2015
2. Two 12oz bottles of the brew
3. Entry fee: $15 donation to Rome Area Council for the Arts (checks or cash accepted)
*Please package all items in one bag.
*Applicants can submit up to 3 different brews. Each brew requires a separate registration packet.*
*Please note bottles and registration materials will not be returned to applicants.*
Timeframe & Drop Off:
Entries need to be delivered to Mellow Mushroom, located at 238 Broad Street in downtown Rome. This can be done daily between Monday, August 31st and Friday September 4th between the hours of 11:00am and 7:00pm.
Entries will be divided into 3 categories: IPAs, Ambers, and Stouts/Porters.
A winner from each category will be determined and awarded a $100 RACA grant to assist with production costs for future brews.
Winners will be determined the week prior to this year’s festival and will be announced at the 8th Annual Rome Beer Festival on Saturday, September 12, 2015.
*Competition officials reserve the right to combine categories based on number of entries.*
